Categories keep their own clocks

Market averages hide the more useful signal: each category has its own rhythm and some of them ignore the Sunday “rule” entirely.

The moment after the purchase

Across Europe, 22% of online shoppers interact with a partner offer immediately after completing a purchase. That’s 138 million engagements out of the 642 million sessions we analysed. It’s an emerging behaviour that’s changing how shoppers across Europe discover and buy from new brands at checkout.

The spread between markets is the real story. Spain leads at 46.7% (more than double the average), followed by France at 42.1%, Poland at 34.9%, Italy and Sweden at 30.8%, and the United Kingdom at 27.2%.
